How it works
- Create a JyskHub account and add your knowledge (services, prices, FAQ).
- Copy your widget token from the JyskHub dashboard.
- Paste the token on the plugin settings page and enable the widget.
External services
This plugin embeds the JyskHub chat widget on your website. When enabled, your site loads the widget script from api.jyskhub.dk (operated by JyskHub, Aarhus, Denmark) on every front-end page. When a visitor uses the chat, their messages, optional contact details they choose to share (name, email, phone), page URL, browser language and IP-derived, non-precise location are sent to JyskHub to generate replies, capture leads for you and show conversation statistics in your dashboard. Conversations are processed on European infrastructure and are not used to train AI models.
This applies only after you enable the widget and enter your token. See the JyskHub Privacy Policy and Terms for details. You are responsible for informing your visitors about the use of this service in your own privacy policy.

Do I need an account?
Yes. The widget is powered by the JyskHub platform. You can try it free for 14 days, no credit card required.
Where is my data processed?
Conversations are processed on European infrastructure, and the AI model is hosted in the EU. Conversations are not used to train AI models.
The widget does not appear / I get a 403 error
Your widget token only works on the domains you have allowed in your JyskHub workspace. Add your site’s exact domain (shown on the plugin settings page) to the allowed domains in the JyskHub dashboard.
Does it slow down my site?
No. The plugin adds one deferred script tag; the widget loads asynchronously and does not block rendering.
What about GDPR?
JyskHub is built for EU businesses: EU-hosted AI model and European data processing. Remember to mention the chat service in your own privacy policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact JyskHub.
