Instalasi

Anda dapat memasang Pustaka untuk Dokumen dan FAQ dari Dasbor WordPress Anda atau mengunggahnya secara manual melalui FTP.

OPSI 1: Pasang Plugin Pustaka melalui Dasbor WordPress

  1. Buka Plugin -> Tambah Baru.
  2. Cari ‘Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs’ dan pasang plugin.
  3. Aktifkan plugin di menu Plugin.
  4. Optional step: configure the plugin in the Admin menu, in Knowledge Base -> KB Configuration page.

OPSI 2: Unggah Manual Berkas Plugin

  1. Unduh berkas plugin dari halaman plugin: echo-knowledge-base.zip.
  2. Ekstrak berkas echo-knowledge-base.zip.
  3. Unggah folder ‘echo-knowledge-base’ ke direktori ‘/wp-content/plugins’ Anda (jangan ubah nama folder).
