saya tidak bisa mengupload image error

Saya mengalami masalah tidak bisa mengupload imgae dengan pesan error sbb: “apec1.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/indonxxx/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2012/09.

sebagai informasi saya mempunyai subdirektori, mohon informasi cara mengatasi permasalah ini, terima kasih
