Post tag error jadi page 404 not found

Kenapa ya link post tag saya sebagian besar jadi not found, walopun ada sebagian kecil yang masih bisa tapi kebanyakan error.?

misal post tag error “adenosine”
url nya : http://happynewstime.com/http:/happynewstime.com/topics/science/adenosine/

sedangkan yang gak error “Windows Phone 7.5”
url nya: http://happynewstime.com/2011/08/13/iphone-5-out-on-7-september/

Jadi semua yang error di url nya ada tambahan
