instalasi word press di web host

saya pakai free webhost (freeweb7.com),begitu intalasi wp-2.9,memakai Application installer error alasanya :Error establishing a database connection

Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
padahal nama data base,user name,dll sudah saya isi sesuai create data base,saya coba berkali2.gagal terus.
