If you download the plugin manually, make sure the files are uploaded to `/wp-content/ plugins/wp-faq/`. Activate WP-FAQ in the “Plugins” admin panel using the “Activate” link. All FAQ items lost. Upgrades are reckless with this plugin apparently – stay away.
