Tested with other plugins and they just work. There are many support posts for the free plugin for the same error:Insufficient Developer Role: Insufficient developer roleIf the basic version fails, there is no way to test the product before considering buying the premium version. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/da4e9982e2d1bb9f1d0a53a8a5956e9844445aa853b3b7f597695c4769065140? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Works once](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/works-once/)󠁿 [Cheets_UK](https://profiles.wordpress.org/cheets_uk/) 8 September 2023 Seems to work on first application then fails when token needs refreshing… and when you try to start again you get this: {"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400," error_message": "Insufficient developer role"} ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/128fdac9fd7d5a5e3bf4e2293ba5895e9d6246b40fda27638cb84f5df403427b? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[error](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-1814/)󠁿 [Thor Sarup](https://profiles.wordpress.org/mouret/) 3 Agustus 2023 Not working anymore. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/bc800832e6b7173cd4651b1c2c7a4cf61ff4900b4968c0c9469d527e192fb7d2? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Game over since last Update](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/game-over-since-last-update/)󠁿 [Tremer](https://profiles.wordpress.org/tremer/) 26 Juli 2023 Since the last Update the plugin dose not work anymore for Instagram business accounts. Now you have to pay to use it. There is no problem to pay for plugins, but to change the plugin without any information is really strange. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/c3e83cddb9e82587740d97745861265905cda2fe89511c140a122eddfa1ee041? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[They’ve Stopped Updating It](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/theyve-stopped-updating-it/)󠁿 [1ramyt](https://profiles.wordpress.org/1ramyt/) 6 April 2023 Looks like a promising plugin, and it's been recommended in a variety of places, but I found out today (from their sales team) that they are no longer providing updates or support for the plugin. It'll be risky using the free plugin in the future( security reasons), but I don't know why on earth anyone would pay for the pro version of it. I wanted to like the plugin, but just thought you should know about their lack of future updates and support! ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/bea0b0586fbe0b07f32bfc40a8a225cf57ddfebd52bdd4206081e0113943455d? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Great!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/great-14539/)󠁿 [Daniel Semblano](https://profiles.wordpress.org/dsemblano/) 20 Mei 2022 It works perfectly on WordPress 5.9.3 .
