Initial version of this plugin is a fork of https://wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-converter/.
Copy or convert terms between taxonomies.
Taxonomies include categories, tags and any other custom taxonomies that may be present with your active theme and plugins.
This plugin, allows you to copy (duplicate) or convert (move) terms from one taxonomy to another or to multiple taxonomies, while maintaining associated posts.

Instalasi
- Upload the
term-taxonomy-converterfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or search for Term Taxonomy Converter on thePlugins > Add Newadmin page and Install Now. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Go to the Tools -> Term Taxonomy Converter

Does what it says, it simply worked, and perfectly. Even untested with current WP version. This deserves better than a few three year old reviews. Thank you!

You can spend a lot of time and money looking for the right plugin to do the job you want. Look no further, this is the simplest and most effective plugin and its free!
I am using it with ListinPro and helps massively in copying categories to tags, making the business directory very very searchable.

Works as intended. Used to move custom taxonomy terms from old “Simple Taxonomy”-taxonomies to new “Custom Post Type UI”-taxonomies. Hierarchichal taxonomies child terms become top-level terms in the new taxonomy.
