- Upload
scroll-to-anywherefolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Aktifkan plugin melalui menu ‘Plugins’ di WordPress
- Click Scroll AnyWhere In left menu for settings
- Enter Text in left,center,bottom and choose colors for scroll

Yes you can change text i.e top ,center or bottom ,can chnage colors of background and text and can also change direction as left,center,right of scroll.
