Instalasi

  1. Unzip the downloaded zip file.
  2. Upload the plugin folder into the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory of your WordPress site.
  3. Activate ‘InkGo Product Personalizer for WooCommerce’ from Plugins page
  4. Go to menu “InkGo”
  5. Click button “Connect”
  6. Create account on InkGo and complete install.

Is it compatible with any kinds of WooCommerce Theme?

Yes, it’s compatible with any WooCommerce theme including Flatsome / OceanWP / Astra / X-Theme / Avada / Uncode / Storefront / Labomba / WR Nitro / Divi / BeTheme…But sometimes it may require small css tweak.

Their own dash is full of bugs. NO support.

Their live-chat states "We reply immediately" i've been messaging them for hours, no response. Their platform asks to connect to your woo store and upon "accept" nothing happens, basically nothing connects. And their suppose is so far nonexistent. Buggy, messy and zero support. Why would you put "We reply immediately" on your livechat header when it is just untrue. Shameful.

Plugin working good for my company. Customized can work with many level and Support very fast. I think it is the best plugin I found. Recommend should use

Dont waist your time or money... I would gladly pay more then what they are asking, but truth is, the plugin is not worth $1.Let alone $19 a month or $49 a month... I have pending orders I cannot fulfill because the plugin looses the artwork and they decided to store the files on their server.. So I don't have access to my own customer files. This is not only a waist of my time, but now it makes me look bad at with my customers. Dont even try it.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
