Der Gutschein wird dabei in incert geprüft und im Hintergrund automatisch entwertet. Zusätzlich können (optional) mehrere standardisierter incert-Wertgutschein über den WooCommerce-Shop verkauft werden. Bei Interesse an einer solchen Schnittstelle, freuen wir uns unter beratung@incert. at von Ihnen zu hören. Das WooCommerce-Plugin stellen wir kostenlos zur Verfügung. Für die Begleitung der Einrichtung bieten wir ein Stundenpaket an. #### Einlösung von incert Gutscheinen **Ablauf der Einlösung** * Im Bestellprozess kann der Kunde im Warenkorb mit Klick auf „Gutscheincode anwenden“ einen Gutscheincode eingeben. * Gültigkeit und Deckung des Gutscheins wird durch WooCommerce in incert geprüft. * Der WooCommerce-Shop zeigt den Gutschein als Rabattabzug vom Gesamtpreis an. Optional können auch mehrere Gutscheine gleichzeitig bei einer Bestellung zum Abzug gebracht werden, oder Gutscheine wieder entfernt werden. * Bei abgeschlossener Bestellung wird der Gutschein durch WooCommerce in incert entwertet. **Zu beachten bei der Einlösung** * Es können mehrere Gutscheine pro Bestellung eingelöst werden. * Es erfolgt kein Mapping auf Leistungen / Artikel. * Teileinlösungen sind möglich. Dabei verbleibt der Restwert am incert Gutschein und kann für zukünftige Einlösungen verwendet werden. Incert Paketgutscheine können auch so eingestellt werden, dass keine Teileinlösung möglich ist. * Gutscheine ohne Wert (falls [Sponsoring](https://support.incert.at/hc/de/articles/13330660358045) ohne Wert geführt wird) können nicht eingelöst werden. * Ins incert-System [importierte Altgutscheine](https://support.incert.at/hc/de/articles/14147336612381) können eingelöst werden – die Einlösung kann aber seitens incert auch unterbunden werden, wenn diese bspw. mit trivialem (bspw. fortlaufendem) Code ausgestellt wurden. * Ob vom Kunden abgelaufene (über dem Gültigkeitsdatum) oder noch nicht bezahlte Gutscheine eingelöst werden können, kann in incert definiert werden. * Bei Portalsystemen ist eine statistische Zuordnung der Einlösung auf einen Betrieb innerhalb des Portals möglich. Ein angebundener WooCommerce-Shop wird auf einen Login/Betrieb gemappt. * Wird eine gesamte mit Gutschein bezahlte Bestellung storniert, wird auch die Gutscheineinlösung automatisch über die Schnittstelle aufgehoben. Hierbei können auch Teilbeträge von Einlösungen wieder rückerstattet werden. * Die Übergabe der Bestellung samt Gutscheineinlösung durch WooCommerce in andere Drittsysteme liegt außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs. #### Verkauf von incert Gutscheinen **Ablauf des Verkaufs** * Im WooCommerce-Shop kann der Kunde einen von Ihnen erstellten und bei Anlage zu einem incert Gutschein gemappten Wertgutschein kaufen. * Die Rechnungslegung erfolgt dabei über den WooCommerce-Shop. * Der WooCommerce-Shop meldet die Bestellung und erfolgreiche Zahlung über die Schnittstelle in incert ein. * Das incert-System versendet den Gutschein per E-Mail an den Kunden. Dies erfolgt in jedem Fall erst nach Bestätigung über den Abschluss der Zahlung bzw. der Bestellung. **Zu beachten beim Verkauf** * Es gibt in WooCommerce keine freie Wertauswahl für den Kunden. Die Gutscheine werden in WooCommerce jeweils zu einem definierten Preis angelegt. Auch können Sie beliebig viele Wertgutscheine in WooCommerce anlegen. * Es können nur Wertgutscheine mitverkauft werden. * Es gibt keine Personalisierungsmöglichkeit für den Käufer in WooCommerce. Es wird eine definierte Widmung aufgedruckt, welche vom Kunden nicht geändert werden kann. * Beachten Sie, dass Einzelstornierungen in WooCommerce von mit incert verbundenen Artikeln je nach Konfiguration des incert Gutscheinmanagementsystems nicht automatisch übernommen werden und ggf. manuell im incert Admin Panel nachgetragen werden müssen. Ja, das Plugin kommuniziert über der incert-API direkt mit Ihrem incert Gutscheinverwaltungssystem, um Gutscheine zu validieren, einzulösen, aufzuladen und zu stornieren. Die über den Shop getätigten Einlösungen werden auf einen eigenen Benutzer bei incert gemappt und sind daher statistisch auswertbar.
