Hizzle Forms is a lightweight contact form plugin for WordPress.
To create a contact form:-
Open any post or page in the new WordPress block editor then add any of the following blocks.
- Contact Form
- Newsletter Sign-up
- RSVP Form
- Registration Form
- Appointment Form
- Feedback Form
New form templates will be added soon.
NOTE: Hizzle forms also works with the site editor. Support for the widget editor will be added soon.

Plugin ini menyediakan 6 blok.
- Contact Form Displays a form.
- Select field A select field input for forms.
- Input field A text input field for forms.
- Textarea field A textarea field input for forms.
- Radio field A radio field input for forms.
- Checkbox field A checkbox field.
Instalasi
- Go to WordPress Dashboard.
- Click on Plugins -> Add New
- Search for Hizzle Forms
- Find the plugin and click on the Install Now button
- After installation, click on Activate Plugin link to activate the plugin.
