## Deskripsi

ESYMSG WhatsApp Integration is a plugin to secure your WordPress site with WhatsApp
OTP authentication and engage your customers through automated WooCommerce notifications.

With a deep integration into the ESYMSG API, this plugin helps you verify phone 
numbers for logins, registrations, and form submissions across popular form builders,
ensuring your database is spam-free and secure.

   logins with WhatsApp OTP verification. Includes strict User Meta validation to
   ensure the verified phone belongs to the account.

### External services

This plugin connects to the EsyMsg API (app.esymsg.com) to send WhatsApp messages
and OTPs.

It sends the user’s provided phone number, message templates, and order details (
for WooCommerce) to the API when a notification or OTP is triggered.

## Instalasi

 1. Upload the `esymsg-integration` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
 3. Navigate to **ESYMSG Settings** in the WordPress admin sidebar.
 4. Enter your ESYMSG API Key in the **API Credentials** tab.
 5. Configure your specific integrations (WooCommerce, Forms, etc.) in the **Integrations**
    tab.

### Do I need an ESYMSG account?

Yes. You will need an active ESYMSG account and an API Key to send WhatsApp messages
and OTPs.

### Does it support custom forms?

Yes! If your form builder is not natively supported, you can use the “Custom Forms”
integration by simply providing the CSS selectors for your form and phone input 
fields.

### Is the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart feature automatic?

Yes! Once enabled, the plugin tracks checkout sessions and uses WordPress Cron to
send recovery messages automatically based on your configured delay.
